From DEI to PBJ

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is a common paradigm for achieving more equitable environments, but it does not always seem to hit the mark. This is because it does not adequately grapple with the dynamics and forces most foundational to the project of equality; power, belonging and justice. WE offer a new paradigm for talking about and organizing around social justice.
